Our Birds are very important to us. Please read the information below before making a booking:
The doves will not be released in bad weather such as heavy rain, snow, fog or strong winds as they cannot navigate safely.
- If we have to cancel a release due to bad weather a full refund will be given.
- The birds must have enough time to fly home before it gets dark. Please take this into account when thinking about what time you would like the birds to be released at your service.
- The birds MUST NOT be released indoors.
- We require half of the deposit when making a booking, and then the full deposit 21 days before the release takes place.
- We offer the most professional service therefore we do not provide birds for self release.
- An experienced coordinator accompanies our birds to each event.
- We ensure that the appropriate attire is worn for all events and that release coordinators are 100% reliable and on time.

The birds are fed a special diet before the event. It's very unlikely that they will do their droppings during a release. In case of an accident we cannot be held responsible.
We usually have a few venues to attend that day so it's important that you are as accurate as possible when making the booking.
A fee may be charged for any excessive delay.
